Partners Consulting is seeking to hire a seasoned Staffing Sales Executive, to work out of our Laguna Hills or Pasadena office. This individual will become a part of a dynamic sales team driving new business within the IT staffing industry. The appropriate candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering monthly and quarterly sales numbers in the information technology market. Activities will include lead generation, prospecting, presenting and closing.

Roles/Responsibilities:
# Qualify new opportunities and construct a winning sales strategy to close new business.
# Experience calling on C Level Management and establish a relationship with decision makers
# Partner with our internal recruiters to qualify and secure appropriate technical talent to meet client requirements

Required Experience:
# 3+ years of recent experience selling IT Staffing Services is REQUIRED. We are not looking for someone who has been in a recruiting role, but rather a full-time SALES role.
# Experience executing client development through various methods intended to qualify customers for IT and/or Engineering Staffing services
# Have the ability to cross-sell and upgrade an existing customer base while prospecting new businesses
# Experience developing new business, working with C level Management, Vendor Management Systems and RFP responses
# Consistent performer meeting monthly, quarterly and annual performance numbers
# Experience placing Information Technology Professionals for contingent or direct hire permanent placement
